DESCRIPTION
Landa seeks a motivated Project Manager Officer to join the R&D staff and lead the R&D PMO team in planning and controlling the R&D deliveries, routines and action items.
In this role, you will work closely with R&D program managers to build work plans and best reflect them to partners within the organization.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Managing the R&D planning and products’ life cycles
- Planning, controlling and leading the R&D deliveries to meet the program’s timetable, content, quality and budget
- Building works plans for R&D projects
- Generating reports and routines to manage and reflect the status
- Working with finance, products and others to reflect and control the R&D budget
- Managing the R&D development model, design reviews, and checkpoints to meet the projects deliveries
- Building the needed skills, competencies and processes in R&D to secure robust on-time deliveries
- Developing the team members to equip them with the required tools, remove roadblocks and drive their personal development
REQUIREMENTS
- BS.c in Engineering or Industrial Design
- 6 years of experience in an R&D multidisciplinary environment
- 3 years of experience in R&D PMO team leading or leadership positions
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification – an advantage
