DESCRIPTION

For our Customer Support Department, Landa seeks a Projects Manager, Planning and Control Engineer to assume full E2E responsibility for project consolidation and Gantt management of all stakeholders’ deliveries. In this role, you will support and follow up on cross-organization processes with budget planning, global resource planning, KPIs and target definition.

RESPONSIBILITIES

·      Assume overall responsibility for all planning and control aspects, to ensure successful execution and completion of the tasks

·      Conduct Data analysis

·      Lead and prioritize service forums

·      Carry out knowledge and training facilitation

·      Prepare dashboards and activities status

·      Define routines and ensure their implementation

·      Lead projects & related forums to meet the business goals

·      Advise VP, managers & task owners on all planning and control matters

·      Analyze data, projects/activities, and plans

·      Identify gaps and escalate to management when required

·      Prepare and communicate weekly/monthly reports

·      Create and implement new methods and processes

·      Bridge and facilitate changes

·      Synchronize between and collaborate with cross-organizational functions and departments

REQUIREMENTS

·      B.Sc. Degree or above, preferably in Industrial Engineering

·      2-4 years of experience working within R&D/Customer Support/Operations on multi-disciplinary projects

·      2-4 years of experience in project management

·      2-4 years of experience in project planning and control

·      Technical orientation – an advantage

·      Fluent English
