DESCRIPTION

Landa Digital Printing seeks a Junior Logistics PMO who will support programs in all planning & control aspects to assist best delivery and target achievement;
- Work plans facilitation and management
- Resources planning
- Logistics planning & control
- Budget planning & control
- Dashboards & activities status preparations
- KPIs target definition & follow-up
- Working methods & routines creation & execution
- Support new projects initiations & routines implementation
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assume overall responsibility for all planning and control aspects to ensure a successful execution /completion of the tasks/projects.
- Advise managers & tasks owners on all planning and control matters
- Attend/lead project-related meetings
- Analyse projects/activities plans, resources allocations, and logistics aspects, identify gaps, and escalate to management
- Preparation and communication of weekly/ monthly reports
- Creation and implementation of planning and control processes
- Bridge and facilitate changes
- Synchronize between different organization departments
REQUIREMENTS
- B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering
- 1-2 years of experience in working within R&D/Customer Support/Operations multi-disciplinary projects
- 1-2 years of experience in project planning and control
- 1-2 years of experience in logistics planning
- High level of spoken and written English
