HR Specialist

Sales Intermediate Full-time


Landa seeks a motivated HR Specialist to partner with AMS management, HR and HQ to ensure local HR activities are aligned with business initiatives. As part of the job, you will implement regional HR policies and procedures and support central HR programs and practices.


·      Create, manage and improve existing HR policies and procedures based on employee and company needs

·      Ensure the organization’s compliance with local, state and federal regulations

·      Implement global HR processes (Talent management, Performance Reviews, Development plans and more) within the region and act as a focal point for the employees

·      Lead Employee Engagement plans

·      Take part in designing, approving and executing regional annual engagement programs and their budgets

·      Initiate new activities to enhance the remote workplace experience

·      Manage company, teams and personal recognition activities and gifts

·      Establish and maintain relationships with the AMS team while providing professional HR guidance and support where needed

·      Ensure recruiting processes are moving forward

·      Support relocation and visa processes

·      Manage seamless onboarding processes for new employees and help establish appropriate orientation and training plans together with HQ

·      Be the focal point for benefits and insurance programs through our HR solutions platform (Insperity) 


  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, human resources, or a relevant field
  • At least three years of proven experience in a similar role
  • Willing to travel (15%) within the US 
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Applications
  • Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations
  • Good understanding of the entire recruitment process
