Global Customer Success Manager

Landa seeks a Global Customer Success Manager to maximize Landa customers’ performance globally and realize the respective potential, ensuring optimal customer satisfaction and successful partnerships. In this role, you will be joining Landa’s Business Unit, reporting directly to our CBO. 


·      Provide professional leadership and guidance to all Account Success Managers in all territories, responsible for customer satisfaction

·      Define KPIs for ASMs and oversee their successful execution

·      Meet PV and customer satisfaction goals globally

·      Gather global information related to PV and CS and communicate it regularly to management

·      Drive knowledge sharing between accounts and regions

·      Develop and implement a global methodology of account success management

·      Work closely with global teams to ensure customer satisfaction and high-level performance at all times


  • Experience with E2E printing production, with an in-depth understanding of the production floor and of printing processes
  • Proven experience in project management
  • 4 years of proven experience in a customer success position
  • Experience leading teams
  • Ability to work in a complex environment with multiple external and internal stakeholders (customer, service, business)
  • Ability to work effectively in a governance model with multiple functions
  • Ability to build and maintain strong long-term relationships with customers
