Benny Landa

Founder

The pioneer of digital printing at Indigo (acquired by HP in 2002), now at Landa, Benny continues his visionary pathway – pioneering futuristic nanotechnology applications in the fields of imaging, energy and health. His vision for the future also includes investment in promising Israeli technologies, and philanthropic activities that enable underprivileged youth to gain access to higher education. Benny has a portfolio of over 1000 granted and pending patents worldwide and is the printing industry's and Israel's most prolific inventor. The recipient of numerous honors and awards, including the imaging industry's prestigious Edwin H. Land medal, he has also been awarded numerous lifetime achievement awards and honorary doctorates.

Asher Levy

Chairman

Asher Levy joined Landa Digital Printing after a successful career at Orbotech where he held various managerial positions from 1990 until he was named CEO in 2013, a position he held for six years until 2019. Under his leadership, Orbotech’s revenue trebled to over $1 billion and the company was sold to KLA for approximately $3.4 billion. Asher holds a bachelor's degree in industrial engineering and management from Ben-Gurion University, and a master's degree in business administration from Tel Aviv University. He is a graduate of the advanced management program at Harvard Business School.

Gil Oron

CEO

Gil, the CEO of Landa Digital Printing, has extensive experience in leading global hi-tech businesses, combined with strong leadership skills, deep technological knowledge, and a wealth of managerial expertise. Before joining Landa Digital Printing in 2021, Gil served as the President of Orbotech, a $1 billion hi-tech company. Gil held several senior managerial positions in Orbotech and during his tenure the company achieved many significant milestones, dominated its served markets, and was acquired by KLA for approximately $3.5 billion in 2019. Over the course of his career Gil has led multi-disciplinary business units and managed complex product development projects spanning numerous organizations such as R&D, business, sales, marketing, and customer service. Gil holds a BSc in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the Jerusalem College of Technology and an MBA with a focus on Marketing and IT from Bar-Ilan University.

Eran Edri

CFO

Eran has over 20 years of financial and managerial experience in high growth and complex, global, publicly traded organizations. He began his career as an accountant at BDO and then served for eight years as Finance Director and CFO at Vigilant Technology, where he led the company to a successful IPO in 2005. Eran’s most recent role was 11 years as CFO of the Telit group, a global leader in enabling the Internet of Things (IoT). Eran is a certified Public Accountant and holds an LL.M. from Bar-Ilan University and a B.A. in Economics and Accounting from Ben Gurion University where he graduated with distinction.

Sharon Cohen

CBO

Sharon brings to Landa Digital Printing extensive global management experience in growth organizations, corporates and startups. Sharon has a proven track record in the development of new market segments, product marketing, NPIs and implementation of innovation-driving strategies. His track record includes success at increasing profitability and driving organizational transformations, specifically in digitization of analog industries. Over the course of his career, Sharon has held positions at well-known tech companies including Elbit Systems, 3M, Orbotech, and Amiad. Prior to joining Landa Sharon served as President of the Americas & EMEA at Orbotech until its acquisition by KLA. Sharon holds an MBA from Tel Aviv University

Nir Zarmi

SVP Growth & Strategy

Nir joined Landa in 2010, with over 20 years of experience in product development, product management and product marketing and was the first employee of Landa Digital Printing. Nir built the company in it’s early days, led the development of LDP’s technology and products until 2017, and later serve at other roles in LDP management. Nir is responsible for LDP’s future produce-lines, strategy and Workflow.  He began his career in the graphic arts industry as R&D engineer for computer-to-plate systems at Creo (now Kodak). At Kodak he managed the development of an innovative plate making system for packaging, and he branched out from R&D to global product marketing of packaging products. Nir holds a BSc in Mechanical Engineering as well as an MBA from the Technion in Israel.

Roni Romm

VP Human Resources

Roni joined Landa Digital Printing as VP Human Resources in 2021 bringing a wealth of experience. In her previous position Roni was the VP Human Resources during her 10 years at Orbotech, one of Israel’s leading high-tech companies where she was responsible for over 2,000 employees. Roni holds a bachelor’s degree in behavioral science and a master’s degree in organizational psychology from Ben Gurion University.

Ronen Cohen

VP R&D

Ronen has extensive experience in the analog and digital printing industries, including over 20 years’ experience in product development and operations. During his employment with Kodak, Nur Macroprinters and HP, Ronen’s focus and achievements included the successful development of a variety of inkjet products and technologies. Prior to joining Landa, Ronen served as R&D Director at HP Scitex, responsible for the design and development of industrial digital presses and solutions, driving the creation of the product strategy and managing the company’s vintage chart. Ronen holds a BSc. in Mechanical Engineering and an MBA, both from Ben Gurion University.

Asaf Ben Rimon

VP Operations

Asaf brings 20 years of experience in the digital print industry at HP Indigo, where he held a variety of senior positions in R&D, Service, and Operations. He has a proven record of success in leading the development and implementation of complex programs and products. He has helped craft customer-facing experiences to drive success and transform organizations to meet business targets. Among his prominent roles, Asaf has served as HP Indigo System Manufacturing Director and Engineering Section Manager, where he led and implemented manufacturing and engineering processes for short and long term scalability and efficiency improvement within the business. Asaf holds a BSc. in Mechanical Engineering from Ben Gurion University.

Dan Lapidot

Corporate VP, General Counsel

As Corporate VP and General Counsel, Dan is responsible for Landa's legal and IP matters. He has extensive experience in complex merger and acquisition transactions, franchising, international transactions, corporate structuring, employee incentive plans and corporate financing. He has participated in numerous venture capital funding transactions and serves as legal counsel for many start up companies. He is a founding partner of Lapidot, Melchior, Abramovich & Co., a boutique law firm specializing in the fields of high-tech companies, IP licensing, antitrust and environmental issues. Dan holds both LLB and LLM degrees from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
