Ownership
Since October 2025, Landa has been owned by FIMI Opportunity Funds, Israel's largest private equity fund. FIMI brings financial stability and focuses on customer reliability, performance, and service, with the technology platform and roadmap intact.
History
Landa was founded by Benny Landa in 2011. A prolific inventor with more than 1,000 patents, he unveiled the world's first digital color press in 1993 at IPEX and became widely known as the father of digital printing.
Two decades later, pursuing breakthroughs in nanotechnology, he found that nano-pigments opened a new way to print, and founded Landa to build on it. That work became Nanography, the technology at the heart of Landa presses today.
